c0ntact place entire roster on the transfer list
The team’s current players are seeking individual offers while the organization reevaluates its options for the upcoming year.
c0ntact are open to offers for their players as the organization is looking to rebuild the team for 2021 and return with a new roster according to dlbtap.com. The lineup of c0ntact is not expected to stick together as a whole going forward as multiple core players are looking for a new team.
The team finished in ninth place in the first season of Flashpoint followed by a last-place finish for Flashpoint Season 2. Overall, the c0ntact squad has struggled to qualify for larger events like DreamHack Open Fall and IEM Beijing in October. In the one c0ntact qualified for, DreamHack Masters Winter, the team ended up finishing in the last place of the tournament. A member of c0ntact ownership told dlbtap.com “We didn’t get the results we hoped for in 2020 when we originally acquired the team. The org wants to go in a different direction and some of the core players also have expressed they wanted something new.”
c0ntact entered CS:GO at the beginning of 2020 with the acquisition of the former CR4ZY roster, who were ranked 20th on the world ranking at the time.
The following players in the roster that is open to offers are:
Otto “ottoNd” Sihvo
Marco “Snappi” Pfeiffer
Rokas “EspiranTo” Milasauskas
Rigon “rigoN” Gashi
Lotan “Spinx” Giladi
