Boombl4 and 1WIN continue their impressive results
The former NaVi IGL and his new troops are looking stronger and stronger
Few players can boast about having won a major in their CS:GO career, Kirill "Boombl4" Mikhailov, however, is one of them. The now 24-year-old Russian managed to win a major tournament back in 2021 in Stockholm, Sweden. He, of course, won the at Natus Vincere before being let go by the roster the next year.
The former IGL's goodbye to the organization was by no means pretty with the superstar of NaVi "s1mple" criticizing him as an in-game leader. Now, however, it seems as if the talented "Boombl4" is finally finding his footing with his new roster 1WIN.
After an impressive 2-0 victory against Zen in the IEM Sydney 2023 Europe Open Qualifier 2, "Boombl4" and his troops can look forward to their well-earned spot in the Closed Qualifiers. Alongside 1WIN the Swedish roster of knasigT managed to advance to Closed Qualifier. Although still ranked as the 30th. best team in the world, 1WIN are looking more and more dangerous as time passes. Perhaps we are going to see "Boombl4" battling against "s1mple" at a big event sometime soon!
