Apeks Swede left in disbelief after losing important qualifier to alleged cheaters
Dennis "dennis" Edman rages against minor FACEIT team after he believes that they used either wall-hack or aim-hack in a match against Apeks.
The Norwegian team of Apeks is currently placed on the #47 spot on HLTV’s world ranking, possessing strong players like the promising rifler Rasmus “kreaz” Johansson and the former NiP and fnatic star Dennis "dennis" Edman.
Yesterday, Apeks played a qualifier match for the prominent Flashpoint 3 event, which will hand out vital RMR point for the upcoming PGL Major in Stockholm, later this year. The Scandinavians played against the unknown RatPatrol, where they lost the bo1 match. However, the surprising upset may have happened on an unfair and very unethical foundation.
Because after the match, the Apeks profile Dennis went on Twitter stating that their opponents from RatPatrol cheated and that they can't do anything about it. He follows up by saying “it's a bit fucked up that it works like this”
dennis can't understand why he and Apeks still are out of the tournament, owing to the fact that he believes that one or multiple RatPatrol players cheated.
dennis provides a screenshot of the alleged cheater RatPatrol player "peterpik-" and his FACEIT profile, where you can see that he has a VAC-ban. RatPatrol consists of a mix of five players from Denmark, Sweden, and Romania.
The alleged cheater peterpik- had the following stat line against Apeks: 26-17 K-D / 84 ADR / 57% headshot percentage.
RatPatrol has afterwards been removed from the tournament, as Flashpoint has kicked them out, owing to fielding a player with a VAC-ban.
