Former Cloud9 assistent unveiled as new head coach of Nordavind
Joshua "m1cks" Micks will be the new man in charge of the European roster.
The 22-year-old American coach will take on the role as a head coach for the first time in his career.
- I was pretty excited when they contacted me. It seems like an actual Organization with a real organizational structure and not amateur hour like some other esports organizations right now.
Nordavind is based in Norway, where they have an ongoing collaboration with the Norwegian Football Club, Vålerenga.
The Organization changed its roster in February, where they brought in two Danes, two Estonians, and a German to the squad. Players that Joshua "m1cks" Micks will now have under his wings.
- I have a strong vision not only on how the game should be played, but also on how everything should be run overall, the American states in a video following the appointment.
Joshua "m1cks" Micks has previously worked as an analyst and assistant coach at Cloud9, Bravado, eUnited, and Rogue.
