Chaos defeats New England Whalers on Dust2
Chaos steals map one away from New England Whalers on their own map pick.
The two NA rosters started their battle on the legendary map Dust2. A map that historically has been home to many North American teams. Despite being New England Whalers map pick, Chaos seemed more than ready for the matchup. With a halftime score of 9-6 favoring Chaos, they were confident carrying over to the second half. The pressure from Chaos carried on and ultimately they took map one with a 16-10 victory on Dust2.
The star of the show was the amazing prospect in Nathan "Leaf" Orf. Being only 16 years old he is the youngest player of the tournament. However, his lack of experience didn't seem to matter at all as he found himself at the top of the leaderboard with an impressive 25 kills.
Will Leaf and Chaos carry on their winnings ways, or will New England Whalers force a third and final map? We head to Nuke to find out.
