Chaos and 16-year-old youngster dominates New England Whalers
Chaos secures their first win of Beijing-Haidian 2020.
The first map of the series took place on New England Whalers' territory Dust2. However, it was Chaos to have the strongest performance over on Dust2. It was youngster Nathan "Leaf" Orf, who is only 16 years old, that stole the show. With 25 kills he saw himself top-fragging the server, despite his lack of experience. The pressure from Chaos was too much for New England Whalers to handle, and the North American roster of Chaos secured themselves a map win on Dust2 with a 16-10 victory.
This, of course, meant a second map. The battle continued on Chaos' map pick Nuke. With momentum carrying over from Dust2 Chaos rolled over their opponents and with a halftime score of 11-4 New England Whalers would have to muster up a crazy comeback to make the series competitive. The comeback, however, never happened and once again it was 16-year-old "Leaf" to carry his team to victory, this time with 27 kills to his name. A 16-8 victory on Nuke cemented Chaos' first win of the event with a 2-0 series win against New England Whalers.
