After losing two of their players in "CYPHER" and "volt", many wondered what replacements the European team would seek to strengthen the roster with. Into the Breach sprung onto the scene with an impressive performance at the BLAST.tv Paris Major, where they managed to secure a quarter-final finish. The replacements of "CYPHER" and "volt" are just announced, before the upcoming IEM Cologne Play-in. Filling in their shoes are "Bymas" and "NEOFRAG", two experienced yet young players. 

Aurimas "Bymas" Pipiras will finally return to the professional CS:GO scene after being benched by MOUZ around a year ago. The 19-year-old rifler was once deemed one of the greatest talents in CS:GO and could return to star status if he is to hit the ground running when Into the Breach visits Germany for the IEM Cologne Play-in. 

Joining alongside "Bymas" is Adam "NEOFRAG" Zouhar. The 22-year-old rifler experienced great success whilst playing under the SINNERS banner, however, he had difficulty reproducing the same great results for OG. The rebuild of OG did not include the Czech rifler, who can look forward to joining Thomas "Thomas" Utting and his troops at Into the Breach.

Next for the European roster, before IEM Cologne Play-in, is the ESL Pro League Season 18 NC Europe Qualifier, beginning on July 14.

After two and a half years at MOUZ Aurimas "Bymas" Pipiras is free to explore new options. The 19-year-old and MOUZ came to a mutual agreement which caused the rifle to no longer be a part of the MOUZ organization. 

Bymas has been on the MOUZ bench since late August 2022. The young rifler had in recent years been playing well for MOUZ but had some problems with his performance during the middle of 2022 which caused MOUZ to put him on the bench. With MOUZ performing well with their active roster, Bymas is left with no other choice than to depart from MOUZ in hope of more playtime. During the 2022 season, Bymas averaged 1.07 Rating / 0.98 Impact / 73.8 ADR / 0.66 KPR / 72.0% KAST.

What the future will bring the Latvian rifler is yet to be decided, for now, he is a free agent looking for new options on the market.

Earlier today MOUZ announced a change to its roster. The academy player Dorian “xertioN” Berman will replace Aurimas "Bymas" Pipiras from the active roster.

On Twitter, the 19-year-old Lithuanian tweeted about his benching and explained how he received the news.

- It was very unexpected because I thought things have been going good for us lately after reaching Cologne playoffs and qualifying to the RMR, but the team decided to make changes and I fully respect their decision and wish them nothing but luck. 

I will forever be thankful to Mouz for having a chance to be here, I improved a lot as a person and a player, and I'm looking forward to what the future holds. For now I will start streaming more often and grind FPL as I am still under contract with MOUZ, Aurimas "Bymas" Pipiras writes in two additional tweets. 

After the match, we spoke with Aurimas "Bymas" Pipiras, who was thrilled with the victory, but also had time to praise his in-game leader Christopher "dexter" Nong for his calls and his influence on the team.

- He is underrated for sure. Honestly, if you put him with the superstars of CS, every tournament would be won. His calls are really good, it is just sometimes that the micro-adjustments from us, the players, we are still inexperienced and it is hard for him to call sometimes because maybe we don't communicate so good. But if we (the players) do our part, then everything is good. 

The Lithuanian points at the mid-round calling as something that the Australian is very good at.

- He really likes to do it. We barely have strats that we do from the start, we have something, but he then takes information from each player and adjusts the call.

After four days of Counter-Strike action from ESL Pro League Season 15, it was time to conclude Group A at the prominent event. There wasn't much to play for in the last round, with NIP, Fnatic and Entropiq already having secured the three playoff spots.

Even though MOUZ did not succeed in taking down fnatic today, they had one player who did more than what could be asked of him. That player was Aurimas "Bymas" Pipiras. MOUZ won the first map of the series where he was absolutely lights out, and it's safe to say that he was the main driving force for the team throughout the series.

The fight for 2nd and 3rd place is on in Group A at ESL Pro League after NIP earlier today secured first place in the group.

Two of the contenders went head to head in the second match of today, where Fnatic had the opportunity to take a big step towards reaching the playoff stage with a win. On the other side of the server, MOUZ needed a win to stay alive after having already lost twice in the group.

An Aurimas 'Bymas' Pipiras in top shape made it a possible scenario for MOUZ to take the win on the first map. On Nuke the Lithuanian was sensational and was ripping the defense from Fnatic apart in the first half. MOUZ continued after the break and won convincingly.

Fnatic went on to Inferno, where the assembled roster found momentum. William 'mezii' Merriman came in handy for Fnatic, who took control at the end of the map. A 16-10 win gave way for Mirage as the decider.

Here one of the new names in the Fnatic lineup, Matias 'Banjo' Kivistö showed up big time. In the first half, the Finn dug deep with a 17-5 K-D scoreline. An impressive performance from the stand-in player, who could see his team leading 10-5 at the break.

The second half started with a huge blow for MOUZ. A technical issue with NBK-'s screen left him playing while looking at a teammate's screen in a 1vs2 situation. The Frenchman lost the clutch attempt and MOUZ were on their way out of ESL Pro League. Valentin "poizon" Vasilev also chipped in to complete the huge impact made by the stand-ins for Fnatic, who won Mirage and is now very close to advancement.

MOUZ on the other hand is almost out of ESL Pro League. They need a lot of results to go their way later tonight and tomorrow to qualify.

The second match of the day had the CIS team of Entropiq taking on the international lineup of MOUZ. Less than a month ago when the two contenders last faced each other it was MOUZ that came out on top with a 2-0 win.

Entropiq kicked off the Bo3 with a pistol-round win on the T-side of their map pick, Dust2. The fortune didn’t last long for the CIS squad as they ran into a small stack in the following round. After going down a couple of rounds, Entropiq, led by a crisp-looking “Forester”, came right back into it and snagged their second lead of the map. On the other side, “Bymas” was being a major nuisance for the CIS squad as his efforts brought with them a pretty even 9-6 half in favor of Entropiq.

MOUZ got off to a great start in the second half, getting themselves to double digits as the first team. “NickelBack” and co. got themselves back into the lead towards the end of the map, but couldn’t seem to shake off their pesky opponents, maybe due to a very lackluster performance from their AWP’er “El1an”. After fighting hard for 29 rounds, Entropiq were finally able to end the map at 16-13.

The next stage of the series took place on the battleground of Mirage and had the leading team of Entropiq starting on the CT-side where they picked up the first round of the map. They weren’t able to turn this into a big lead, as the two contenders were neck and neck throughout the entirety of the first half. The teams went to a break with MOUZ being slightly behind at 6-9.

MOUZ almost equalized after the break, but it was evident that they had a hard time stopping the CIS squad as soon as they got their hands on the rifles. This led to a rather comfortable 16-10 win for Entropiq.

Aurimas "Bymas" Pipiras haven’t played a single minute of competitive Counter-Strike since the start of December last year, where he and the MOUZ squad were handed an early exit at IEM Winter.

In the meantime, the German roster has been shaken up quite extensively with the arrivals of NBK, torzsi and the head coach, sycrone. The additions have meant that Bymas has moved into new roles and positions on the roster, the Lithuanian explained in a Twitter post.

- I am looking forward to finally playing the first officials with the new roster. Ever since the addition of NBK and torzsi, I’ve been put into lurk positions on the T side, and I’m feeling very confident with it, unlike in FaZe where I had no clue what I was doing most of the time. Still, a lot to learn though, Bymas wrote on Twitter.

Aurimas "Bymas" Pipiras will have to watch IEM Katowice home from the sofa after testing positive for Covid-19.

It will be the 21-year-old German, Jon "JDC" de Castro, who will act as a stand-in during the entire event. The rifler has been part of the successful MOUZ NXT since June 2021, and will now get the chance to shine on the main team for the first time. Here he will be united with the Hungarian sniper, Ádám 'torzsi' Torzsás, who was a part of MOUZ NXT last year.

MOUZ plays GODSENT in the first round of the play-in on Tuesday at IEM Katowice.

MOUZ have made an “emergency transfer” in their roster just two hours before their first match at DreamHack Open November 2021, the tournament organizers have announced. The 31-year-old Chris “chrisJ” de Jong has been confirmed to start for the German side, as he will replace Aurimas "Bymas" Pipiras in the starting lineup. 

The reason behind the substitution is still unclear, as MOUZ haven't published any official statement yet. 

chrisJ is an iconic figure in the history of mousesports, having represented the organization since 2013. The versatile rifler/AWPer has experienced a lot of great things over the 7-8-year tenure, with the title at ESL Pro League Season 10 being one of the highlights - However, since January this year, chrisJ has been placed on the bench as an inactive player.

In a short period from late January to March 2021, chrisJ featured for FunPlus Phoenix as their in-game leader with great success. Despite some heavy rumours about a permanent deal, the two parties couldn’t agree on a contract.

The action started with MOUZ’s pick on Ancient. The European Mixture showed a masterclass on the T-side, running over Virtus.pro’ defense. VP did only manage to get two rounds in the first half, where MOUZ was in control. A 2-13 lead the break was converted to a 16-9 win on Ancient by MOUZ.

On Inferno, it was a different story, as VP gave MOUZ a taste of how they felt on Ancient, cruised to a 12-3 lead before the break. VP continued their dominant performance and with the help of YEKINDER, VPclosed out the map 16-3.

VP kept her momentum onto the decider of Vertigo and kicked off on the right foot, grabbing an 8-0 lead, a lead which was further extended to 10-1 before MOUZ finally put a halt to the onslaught. But MOUZ was not to give up, as they won 12 rounds in a row, taking the lead on the map for the first time until VP cracked through to score their first T-side round. It went back-and-forth, but MOUZ reached the match point, but Virtus.pro forced to overtime, where both teams continued the intense battle that was them at 18-18 before Virtus.pro took control to close things out, and eliminated MOUZ from PGL Stockholm.

The second elimination match of the day featured MOUZ and ENCE.

ENCE had the first map pick which meant that the first battle of this Bo3 would take place on Mirage. Round 1 showed that we could expect a dramatic showing, as “dycha” was able to deny the retake in a 1v3 situation. 

ENCE were not able to make this prediction come to life on Mirage as they were not able to string two rounds together except for converting the T-side pistol. They were simply massively outgunned by the young trio of “frozen”, “ropz” and “Bymas” who all sported a 96 or higher ADR at the end of the map. MOUZ secured the map at 16-6.

ENCE really had to up their game on Vertigo if they wanted to keep participating in the Major. Surprisingly they came out looking like a completely different team. They were firing on all cylinders right off the bat as they took the first seven rounds. MOUZ did manage to make a small comeback winning five of the last eight rounds before swapping sides.

The second half was a completely different story. The MOUZ we saw on Mirage showed up once again to dismantle the opposition. ENCE did not manage to put a single round on the board playing as the terrorists, and thus they have been eliminated from the PGL Major Stockholm.

It will be MOUZ, who will represent Germany at the Legend stage at PGL Stockholm Major. The Hamburg-based Organisation won their elimination match against Berlin International Gaming (BIG) after three maps of pure drama at the studio in Stockholm.

BIG kicked the match off by winning their map pick of Dust2. Another stellar performance from Johannes "

" Wodarz helped BIG take a huge step towards the next stage at the tournament. It was a flawless CT-side that had the map tipping BIG's way. 

On to Inferno, it was an unlikely hero in Frederik 'acoR' Gyldstrand, who turned up big time for MOUZ. The Danish AWP'er has been heavily criticized for subpar performances, but today the Dane was on point. On Inferno he was not only the top fragger on his team but also won all his duels against BIG's reliable sniper, Florian 'syrsoN' Rische. MOUZ equalized the score with a 16-12 to take the match to Nuke.

For the third time in a row, MOUZ had the lead at halftime. And for the second map in a row, they managed to keep hold of the lead, and eliminated BIG. MOUZ is ready for the Legends Stage at the PGL Stockholm Major.

ropz and company from mousesports have secured their first victory in Group A at IEM Fall EU after taking down BIG 16-9 on Mirage.

Mirage started out as a close affair between both teams as BIG went up ahead 4-3 before putting down two rounds for each round mousesports managed to get on the board. Even though BIG went to halftime with a small advantage, they couldn’t seem to find their footing on the offense compared to mousesports who delivered a strong defense. Bymas and company went on to close out the map 16-10, with the Lithuanian himself finishing on top of the scoreboard with a 1.41 rating and 21 frags.

BIG and mousesports fought out a grueling match for a spot in the playoffs at ESL Pro League. Both teams came into the match with two wins and two defeats and needed one last win to advance. 

For mousesports the recipe for advancement was simple. A win against BIG. For the Berlin-based team, the route was more complicated.

On Nuke it got even more difficult for BIG. A good playing mousesports side took control of the map nicely assisted by their Australian in-game leader Christopher 'dexter' Nong. The former Renegades player was not only top fragging, but he also managed to get his teammates to perform collectively. mouz drew first blood with a 16-12 win.

On to BIG's map pick, Dust2. Here Florian 'syrsoN' Rische and his Scout/AWP came into play. The German sniper was instrumental in BIG's 16-7 victory, which was bigger on paper than reality. A third and deciding map was coming up.

But while the two teams entered the battleground on Mirage, there was bad news for BIG. Both FaZe and Evil Geniuses had lost their matches, which made any advancement for BIG impossible. The match had big implications for the rest of the group though. FaZe was cheering for BIG, while mousesports still had it in their own hands.

BIG made it 8-7 in the first half, but in the second half, the Slovakian dangerman David 'frozen' Čerňanský made all the difference for mousesports, who helped his team make the last push towards victory and a spot in the playoffs after a brawl on Mirage.

The Group A decider match ended up in favor of mousesports against NIP.

The first map was to be played on Vertigo, where Nip delivered a masterclass as the CT side and fully closed down the mousesports Terrorist side.

Their defensive plan was near perfect as they managed to win 12 and only lose three rounds in the first half.

And in the second half, the momentum didn’t shift as NIP won the second half 4-0 which was enough for them to win the map 16-3 in a clear demonstration of powers on mousesports map pick.

As it was mousesports map pick, it was very weird to see such a demonstration from NIP, but this wasn’t the only surprise of the game.

In the second half´s map pick on Ancient, it was mousesports turn to deliver a demonstration.

The first half as the T side for mousesports wasn’t so superior as they won the first half 9-6, but something happened in the second half for mousesports, as they managed to win the second half 7-0.

Therefore, a third and decisive map was needed after the 16-6 win for mousesports on Ancient.

The last map to be played was on the legendary Mirage, one of the most played maps of CS:GO.

The first half was very even with mousesports as the CT side, as they won 8-7, but then something happened in the second half.

NIP couldn’t stop the mousesports offense from running right through their defensive line, and they only managed to win one out of the nine rounds, before mousesports hit the golden number at 16-8.

The renowned analyst, Richard Lewis admits he was wrong about mousesports, after previously saying that they were a ‘dead team’, and that ‘in the absence of karrigan they would become directionless.’ Richard Lewis also gives a shoutout to some of mouz’ standouts at the vent, namely the Estonian predator, ropz.

All five of the members of the mousesports roster are placed in the top 15 of best performing players at Flashpoint 3.
