In the first half on the map, it was more even, but still quite one-sided as Heroic most times bulldozed through the defense from Imperial and got themselves a 9-6 lead onto the CT side.

And the sheer perfect defensive understanding on the new map was impressive from Heroic, who seemed to have anything under control at all times on the new map.

They ended up winning the second half 7-2, ultimately winning the map 16-8, and sending Imperial down to the lower bracket.

The two-time Major champion, former SK and MIBR member Fernando “fer” Alvarenga is set to return to action as he will step in for Imperial, the organization has announced. The 29-year-old Brazilian will replace Guilherme “piriaz1n” Barbosa, who is currently benched for being under investigation for a potentially owned VAC-banned account.

fer is expected to remain with the Brazilian organization at least through IEM Summer, which is scheduled to kick off on June 3 and run to June 13. But before the prominent event, fer will travel to Mexico with the rest of the squad to compete in the open qualifiers for cs_summit 8, which will begin on May 1.

Imperial went undefeated in the four-team tournament and repeated the upper bracket final victory to secure the title as DH Open March AS champions, earning $16.000 and a spot in the IEM Summer 2021 event with $250.000 up for grabs.

Christopher “ckzao” Chalus and company entered the grand final series with a map advantage due to coming from the upper bracket, and they were able to get a second victory against their domestic rival to secure their second title this year.

Sharks

Paquetá has just announced their newest signing in Victor "iDk" Torraca. The Brazilian finalizes the roster as its fifth and final member after the release of Alef "tatazin" Pereira last Sunday due to personal issues. 

Whether or not the new signing has what it takes to compete alongside his new teammates at Paquetá is still to be found out. After being benched at his former team Yeah in August 2020, "iDk" has had little action in the competitive Counter-Strike scene, only playing briefly for Imperial at a loan spell. 

He will seek to establish himself within the new roster when Paquetá takes on Sharks at the WESG 2021 Brazil Finals. The match will take place at LAN in Rio de Janeiro on March 7.
