Last week, G2 Esports announced the departure of CS:GO coach Remy “XTQZZZ” Quoniam, who decided to step down as the head coach after ten months of service.

The news about his departure came only weeks after G2’s disappointing RMR campaign, where they failed to qualify for the prestigious IEM Rio Major. In a Twitch stream, 33-year-old XTQZZZ explained his decision and addressed several issues while working with G2, which were the reason for him quitting.

His departure from G2 came as a shock for many, especially for Janko “YNk” Paunovic who couldn’t believe XTQZZZ’s decision to step down. The 30-year-old analyst even went to Twitter where he gave his very honest opinion about the situation.
