Fnatic is negotiating a transfer of Slovakian rifler, according to media
The rebuild seem to have started!
The iconic organization is allegedly in talks with Sampi about the transfer of Matúš "MATYS" Šimek, according to a report by the Czech media Playzone.cz.
The report states that Matys’ buyout stands at €170.000 but also that the negotiating between the two parties is still ongoing. In the past, several other organizations have shown interest in the Slovakian rifler, including Monte, TSM and OG, Playzone.cz explains.

Star player
Looking at Matys and his stats, you can understand why Fnatic is trying to bring him on board. The 21-year-old is averaging a stellar 1.26 rating throughout the last three months and is by far the stand-out performer on Sampi.
With that being said, the acquisition of Matys would still be quite a gamble with him still being a relatively unknown figure in the Counter-Strike scene, and with nearly zero experience playing against top-tier teams.
If Fnatic signs Maty then he will be their first signing in the rebuild of their roster following the sale of William “mezii” Merriman to Vitality and the release of Frederik “roeJ” Jørgensen.
