FalleN: "This will be the biggest challenge of my career"
The iconic Brazilians go official with their 'Last Dance' project
Loads of speculation began to rise once it was clear that Gabriel "FalleN" Toledo had no future within the Team Liquid roster. Many thought that the 30-year-old AWP'er would perhaps hang up his mouse and retire from the professional scene of Counter-Strike. It wasn't long, however, until rumors began to circulate that the Brazilian godfather in "FalleN" would re-embark on a journey with his previous teammates from Luminosity Gaming and SK.
Now it has finally been confirmed that "FalleN" will in fact be linking back up with his previous teammates from the iconic SK roster in Fernando "fer" Alvarenga and Lincoln "fnx" Lau, as well as Ricardo "boltz" Prass and ex-FURIA player Vinicius "VINI" Figueiredo. The official announcement confirmed the new Brazilian roster and was made by "FalleN" on his own Twitter page.
Whether or not the 'Last Dance' project and its star-studded roster has what it takes to compete in the top tier of the CS:GO scene we will have to wait and see. One thing is for sure, if you ask "FalleN", it is going to be a difficult challenge:
"I am driven by challenges and I think this will be the biggest challenge of my career, trying to find the right people to do what we were able to do in the past,"
The new Last Dance roster looks as follows:
Gabriel "FalleN" Toledo
Fernando "fer" Alvarenga
Lincoln "fnx" Lau
Ricardo "boltz" Prass
Vinicius "VINI" Figueiredo
