Astralis fe completes rebuild with IGL Aurora
The new-look Astralis fe features four Danish players and Norweigian IGL "aurora"
After an underwhelming stint from the previously European roster, the iconic Astralis organization decided to look towards their own countrymen in an exciting rebuild of the Astralis fe roster. With only a single victory registered in the official HLTV database from an eight-month stint, it isn't strange that the Danish organization sought to rebuild a stronger roster of five.
The only member to continue under the Astralis fe banner is Norweigian IGL Aurora "aurora" Lyngdal. The Norwegian brainiac will seek to guide her four Danish teammates to victory as the Scandinavian roster is set to debut at the upcoming ESL Impact League Season 4.
Whilst the name Astralis is iconic and sure to spark fear in almost any opponent, the new-look Astralis fe roster is not aiming for the top immediately. Astralis' Sports director Kasper Straube is humble when speaking about the newly announced roster:
"The team is by no means the favorite to win titles from day 1, but the goal is that over the coming years, we will develop players who can compete at the highest level."
He continues by stating how happy he is with the fact that the teams is built around "aurora":
"I'm very pleased that we can continue to build around Aurora, who understands our values and has been a part of Astralis' women's team since before we even started,"
The new-look Astralis fe roster looks as follows:
Aurora "aurora" Lyngdal
Josefine "josefine" Jensen
Anja "anja" Soelberg
Marie "marie" Ellen Toft Sørense
Marie "maliTy" Kragelund Holm
