Team Vitality have been crowned HLTV’s Team of the Year, beating out fellow nominees MOUZ and Spirit after a 2025 season that set the standard from start to finish.
A year full of trophies
Vitality’s case was built on one thing MOUZ and Spirit could not match across the full year: total dominance at the biggest events. With both Majors in the trophy cabinet and nine titles overall, they were the clear number one team of 2025.

MOUZ pushed hard with elite consistency and deep runs, while Spirit reached terrifying peaks behind donk’s rise, but neither could keep pace with Vitality’s title haul when the pressure was highest.
With the Team of the Year award added on top, Vitality’s 2025 will be remembered as one of the most complete seasons Counter-Strike has seen.
