VALORANT Act 6 Battle Pass Revealed: New Skins, Hammer Melee, and Lore Player Cards

With a new Act just around the corner, Riot Games has taken to Instagram to give players an early sneak peek at the upcoming VALORANT Act 6 Battle Pass. Releasing tomorrow alongside the new Act, the highly anticipated map pool changes, and a potential new store bundle, this Battle Pass brings three new skinlines and some massive lore implications.

Before you start the grind, here is a complete breakdown of the weapons, cosmetics, and free rewards you can expect to unlock.

The Three New Skinlines

This Battle Pass introduces three distinct skinlines, including the very first Battle Pass skin for the newly released Warden rifle.

  • Start Link: A clean, futuristic aesthetic. This collection includes skins for the Ghost, Judge, Bulldog, and the brand-new Warden assault rifle.
  • Keepsake: This is the variant-enabled skinline for the Act 6 pass. Players will be able to unlock different color variations for the Shorty, Operator, Guardian, and Odin.
  • Salarium: The flagship skinline of the pass that includes the melee weapon. It features skins for the Phantom, Spectre, “Bandit”, and the highly anticipated melee.

The Melee: The Salarium Hammer

Battle Pass melees are always a major selling point, and Act 6 is bringing something heavy. The Salarium collection features a massive, two-handed Hammer. While it likely will not feature the crazy, custom visual effects or unique inspect animations of premium store bundles, standard two-handed heavy melees are always a fun, imposing addition to any player’s inventory.

Massive Lore Teasers and Meme Sprays

Riot is famous for hiding deep lore within Battle Pass player cards, and Act 6 is no exception.

The Instagram reveal showcased a particularly interesting player card depicting Sage tending to a mysterious figure. Lore enthusiasts theorize this is our first official look at “Patient Zero”—a highly significant character recently mentioned in the game’s unfolding narrative, who possesses deep ties to Viper and her dark past.

On the lighter side of the cosmetic track, Riot is also delivering on the community memes. The pass features a new spray that directly references the famous “Cat Meme,” adding to the game’s growing collection of internet-culture cosmetics.

Free Rewards Track

If you are playing on a budget, you will still get plenty of loot just by grinding XP. The free track for the Act 6 Battle Pass has been confirmed to include:

  • The “Climbing” and “Peak” Player Titles.
  • A free weapon skin (the Keepsake Shorty).
  • Free Radianite Points to upgrade your premium skins.
  • Assorted free player cards, a spray, and a gun buddy.

The Act 6 Battle Pass goes live soon, so get ready to start grinding those daily and weekly missions!
