The CS:GO roster of Benched Heroes with MICHU, Calyx, smooya, Aunkere, and fear in the lineup will unfortunately be missing the RMR due to visa issues that has left the team without any possibility of attending the event.

In a Twitter post, 23-year-old UK AWP’er, smooya, announced the unfortunate situation.

The RMR would have been a good opportunity for the roster to show their potential against the top teams in CS:GO, which might have helped them get the backing of an organization.

NAVI Junior’s core of Ilya “m0NESY” Osipov, Eugene “Aunkere” Karyat, and Rodion “fear” Smyk have been put up for transfer, leaving Daniil” headtr1ck” Valitiov as the only player remaining on the roster. 

As the coach Amiran “aMi” Rehviashvili explained, the development cycle of the three players has been completed, and it’s time for new players from NAVI Youth to take over on the roster. NAVI will reveal the new NAVI Junior roster by the end of December, the organization announced in a [link:{"url":"https://navi.gg/en/read/text/9335-the-new-cycle-of-navi-junior","isNewTab":true,"text":"statement"}] via its website. 

“In two years, all NAVI Junior players have grown immensely. Not only in terms of play, but also on a personal level. We have created a system that allows us to educate players in the format we need, but it has its cycle. It is the second generation of juniors who have gone through our academy. We have managed to raise aspiring players and future champions, who are prepared in all aspects and are loyal to the organization.”

The organization also disclosed that m0NESY is already in negotiations for a move which was first reported by [link:{"url":"https://www.1pv.fr/news/135806-navi-open-to-selling-m0nesy ","isNewTab":true,"text":"1pv.fr"}], while CIS insider Alexey “OverDrive” Birukov named Liquid and G2 as the two organizations who are most interested in bringing him in.

On Sunday, fnatic Rising won the final match in the WePlay Academy League Season 1 to secure a ticket to the $88.000 LAN Finals, which is set to run from August 27-29 in Kyiv, Ukraine. At the event, the Swedish squad will join mouz NXT, BIG Academy, and Young Ninjas, the three top teams from the Group stage.

To secure their spot in the WePlay Academy League Season 1 Finals, fnatic Rising had to overcome the Russian-Ukrainian side from NAVI Junior, which they successfully did, 2-0. Despite losing the match, NAVI Junior’s Rodion “fear” Smyk has found his way to our #POTD, presenting his impressive 1v4 clutch on Ancient against the Swedish-side.
