The glory days of French Counter-Strike are long gone.
In exactly three weeks, the much-awaited IEM Rio Major is set to kick off in the Brazilian mega city of Rio de Janeiro. The $1.25 Million tournament will field a star-studded lineup of teams and players from all over the globe, with the Major having qualifier events from South/North America, Europe and Asia/Oceania.
But what nations have the most representatives for the upcoming Major?
IEM Rio Major will field players from a total of 35 different nations, presenting individuals from household Counter-Strike nations such as Denmark, Sweden, and the United States to a nation like Romania, which is represented for the first time in CS:GO history (LaunX and IM).
