Higlights: Watch all the action from yesterday’s EPL matches

The favorites to make it to the playoffs in Group D of the ESL Pro League Season 16 were set on dominate control as Cloud9, Furia, and Liquid all won in a clear 2-0 fashion over Eternal Fire, Movistar Riders, and Evil Geniuses. The first game between Cloud9 and Eternal Fire was a firepower match between the young guns from Russia against the heavy rifflers from Turkey. A game that looked more competitive than it was, as cloud9 showed their dominance at the end of both maps. The second game of yesterday’s group D was between the Spanish side Movistar riders and the Brazilian FURIA. The Brazilian squad came out to press the speeder to the max as they destroyed Movistar Riders on Ancient in top-tier fashion with a 3-16 score-line. The second map on Nuke was much more competitive, but FURIA showed why they are still one of the top teams when playing on LAN in the end. The last game of the day between Liquid and Evil geniuses was not close to being competitive as YEKINDAR, NAF and EliGE showed their dominance throughout two maps, winning the maps 16-7 on Inferno and 16-8 on dust2.
