The economical aspect of Counter-Strike is one of the most important ones to master if you want to elevate your team to the next level. While it might be tempting to continue using your entire bank account, giving yourself a disadvantage when it comes to weaponry round after round is never a great idea. With that being said, lesser is sometimes more and an eco-round is by no means a lost round by default. Before the recent nerf, you would almost be a fool to not at least consider the Desert Eagle as one of the strongest weapons in CS:GO's entirety. Now, however, it is not always as obvious as one would think. With many players opting to go for a Five-seven or perhaps even the cheapest alternative in the P250, there are plenty of options when it comes to cheap and deadly weapons.
