The current climate of the professional CS:GO scene might be the most competitive it has ever been. With very little separating the top 20 teams, perhaps beside the likes of FaZe and Natus Vincere, there is certainly no shortage of great CS:GO teams that all strive to become the absolute best they can be.
With great teams often comes great players and there is no doubt that the current CS:GO climate is booming with talented, experienced, and clever Counter-Strike players who, if put in the right environment, can all become icons of the scene.
However, putting together a CS:GO roster isn't always about having the most talented aimers onboard. You need a balanced mix of players who can fill different roles and work great together, something that is rarely seen on the scoreboard.
