Ancient is the most recent map in the competitive CSGO map pool. Therefore it also placed last with only 416 matches by the top 30 teams. If we take Ancient and compare the map to Vertigo which became a map in the competitive map pool back in 2019. Vertigo has only been played 497 times more than ancient by the top 30 teams in over 2 years of being active in the map pool. 

Legendary maps such as Cobblestone still find their place in the top 8, even though the map wasn't been a part of the competitive map pool since 2018.
