Star player steps down from 9z
Due to health issues, Santino "try" Rigal will no longer be available for the South American team.
Santino “try” Rigal is no longer an active member of 9z Team’s roster, the Argentine organization announced this Thursday evening.
In a statement, 9z explain that it was the 19-year-old AWPer's own decision to get removed due to “health reasons”. Head coach Gustavo "tge" Motta is set to replace the now-benched player for the foreseeable future.
- We want to inform the community that for health reasons Santino "try" Rigal will not continue to be part of our active roster. This is a personal decision of the player that from the team we support and accompany. In his replacement, coach Gustavo "tge" Motta will play today, 9z has stated.
More bad news for 9z
This is clearly a tough blow for 9z with try being arguably their biggest star and most valuable player, ever since he joined the team in January this year from 00Nation. Today’s bad news regarding the Argentine AWPer comes just weeks after the announcement of the mutual benching of the like-wise profiled David “dav1deuS” Tapia.
9z are now:
Franco "dgt" Garcia
Maximiliano "max" Gonzalez
Matias "HUASOPEEK" Ibañez
Nicolás "buda" Kramer
Gustavo "tge" Motta (coach and stand-in)
Santino "try" Rigal (benched)
