The return of iBUYPOWER?
The team that is known for one of the biggest match-fixing scandals in CS:GO could soon be returning to the CS:GO scene with a new project.
iBUYPOWER, who are known for CS:GO’s match-fixing scandal back in 2015 could soon be making their return to CS:GO. The organization recently hinted on Twitter that they might return to the scene with a project.
The organization withdrew from CS:GO in January 2015 because of the infamous match-fixing scandal where four of the strongest players in North America were left with bans from pro play right as their careers were starting to take off. All for a few measly skins during a meaningless CEVO pro match.

Just two days ago on February 28, the people behind iBUYPOWER’s social media, revealed that the organization has a plan regarding the team that is going to represent them.
A couple of days before iBUYPOWER revealing that they have a plan, Vito “kNgV” Giuseppe posted a Tweet looking for a new org, with the words saying: “We are the answer. We are the plan.”. The former MIBR squad now called O PLANO, could be a decent guess for the roster that is going to play under the iBUYPOWER banner.
As the Tweet from iBUYPOWER detonated community discussions, fl0m, launders, prius, and others, as well as teams such as Astralis, NiP, and Gambit, all interacted on their Twitter. The community is still guessing who they are most likely to sign with.
If the organization sign the O PLANO roster, the lineup will look as follows:
Henrique “HEN1” Teles
Lucas “LUCAS1” Teles
Vito “kNgV” Giuseppe
Alencar “trk” Rossato
Leonardo “leo_drk” Oliveira
