Pimp on disputed map: It’s by far the worst competitive map that’s ever been in the map pool
Pimp isn’t happy with the skyscraper map.
Vertigo has been one of the least played maps in CS:GO for a while, and not too long ago, the skyscraper map was rarely seen in competitive matches before teams like FURIA started to pick it. However, Jacob “Pimp” Winneche isn’t a fan of the map, he revealed on Twitter.
“I still think Vertigo is by far the worst competitive map that’s ever been in the map pool. I can’t think of a map I personally have disliked more playing or watch being played. While it’s all personal preference, I must admit I’ll never learn to love it.” – Pimp wrote on Twitter.
The skyscraper map was initially a part of CS 1.6, with some refused textures from Half-Life. Despite being one of the oldest maps in CS:GO’s competitive map pool, Vertigo isn’t one of the most popular maps among players. It has actually been one of the least played maps in Counter-Strike for a while, and it’s only a few pro teams who vote in favor of the map.
