Brazilian Esports organization, paiN Gaming, has announced a change in its roster as in-game leader, Vinicios “PKL” Coelho, steps down to undergo physiotherapy for a spine problem. In a video statement on paiN’s Twitter, PKL cited family, personal, physiological, and psychological issues as the reason for his departure from the roster.

Replacing PKL is Gabriel “NEKIZ” Schenato, who returns to paiN after being benched before the summer break in 2022. The roster shake-up comes after three months of NEKIZ being on the sidelines.

paiN’s first match with the new roster will take place against Limitless on Wednesday in the CCT North America Series 3 event.
