North American teams have been facing numerous challenges as they compete in the Open Major Qualifier for the BLAST Paris Major. One of the biggest obstacles has been poor communication with Gamers Club admins, which has left participants struggling to navigate the process. The platform is one of the largest in Brazil, but many North American teams are unfamiliar with it, leading to confusion and a lack of guidance on map and side selection. There was even a player banned for allegedly cheating during a game.

Adding to the difficulties the difficulties, several teams were not aware of the time they were scheduled to register or check-in.
