A new champion will be crowned in Cologne: See all the past winners here
None of the teams in the playoffs have ever lifted the trophy in the "Cathedral of Counter-Strike".
The 2023 edition of IEM Cologne is shaping up to be a very exciting one. In the playoffs, we have a lot of the biggest teams and names in Counter-Strike, but oddly enough none of the teams have ever won the coveted trophy.

2014: NIP (f0rest, GeT_RiGhT, Xizt, Fifflaren, friberg)
2015: Fnatic (JW, flusha, pronax, olofmeister, KRIMZ)
2016: SK Gaming (FalleN, fer, coldzera, fnx, TACO)
2017: SK Gaming (FalleN, fer, coldzera, felps, TACO)
2018: Natus Vincere (Edward, flamie, s1mple, Zeus, electronic)
2019: Team Liquid (nitr0, EliGE, Twistzz, NAF, Stewie2K)
