MOUZ secure first tournament win in 2023
The promising lineup only gave up one map throughout the tournament.
Sunday evening, Kamil “siuhy” Szkaradek and his young MOUZ squad took home the title at Thunderpick World Championship Europe Series 1 after beating BIG in the Grand Final.
The title decider ended up presenting a 2-0 result to MOUZ, as we saw the talented lineup dominate big first on Mirage (16-7), which were followed up by a close overtime series on Ancient.
On their route to the overall victory, MOUZ defeated Sampi, 500, Eternal Fire and lastly Johannes “tabseN” Wodarz and company in the Grand Final.
Besides taking home the $20.000 first prize for their efforts during the tournament, MOUZ also secured a spot at the more prestigious Thunderpick World Championships later this year, which holds a massive $500.000 prize pool.
