The Nordic and Baltic countries are ruling the world of Counter-Strike if you believe the research from the site Leetify.com.

The website has analyzed data from seven million players in Matchmaking and has calculated which countries have the highest number of Global Elites per one million citizens in the world. Here the Nordic and Baltic countries stand up. All of the eight top spots are occupied by one of the countries in the two regions. On top of the world sits the Finns, who 3362 players per one million citizens. Impressive!

The first country outside the two regions is Portugal, while CS:GO has got some work to do in Italy, where it is only 26 players per million inhabitants, that have reached Global Elite.
