Investors of capsules from earlier Majors woke up today with happy smiles on their faces.

Last night Valve announced the news, that the next Major after Paris will be in March 2024.

The announcement was unexpected and caused the capsule and stickers market, especially from the Antwerp and Stockholm Majors to rise. Items such as the Antwerp Legends Capsule and Contenders Capsule rose between 34% to 39%, while several of the now rare Stockholm Capsules saw a 25-30% increase in prices.

The capsule market for Antwerp, Stockholm, and Rio has been very profitable in 2023. Here are the starting prices from the beginning of the year compared with the actual prices today:

The market is so volatile that this video from just four days ago is almost obsolete in terms of prices.
