Liquid rifler to FURIA is a done deal, according to media
The Brazilian super team has reportedly signed a new fifth to conclude its roster for the upcoming season.
Felipe "skullz" Medeiros is leaving Liquid and has signed a deal with his Brazilian countrymen from FURIA.
That has been confirmed by the Brazilian outlet Game Arena yesterday evening.
The move comes as little surprise with rumours of a potential transfer hitting the news last week, amidst Liquid’s benching of their in-game leader Casper “cadiaN” Møller. On FURIA, skullz is set to vacate the spot in the lineup, which the 19-year-old and trial player Kayke “kye” Bertolucci left open after his removal.
skullz joined Liquid in December last year together with cadiaN, Twistzz and head coach zews, with the roster already consisting of NAF and YEKINDAR. However, now that roster seem to have been shattered in pieces following a tough 2024 season so far.
If the deal comes through, FURIA will possess the following lineup:
Yuri "yuurih" Boian
Kaike "KSCERATO" Cerato
Gabriel "FalleN" Toledo
Marcelo "chelo" Cespedes
Felipe "skullz" Medeiros
