The three maps have been out there for what feels like forever, and the iconic trio is still going strong despite the addition of several new and fresh maps throughout the years of Counter-Strike.
Looking at statistics made by leetify, you’ll find out that these three maps make up for more than 70% of all played maps in Matchmaking from 2022 so far.
Most played maps in pro matches
If you turn your attention to the professional scene and the distribution of maps being played in Top 30 matches this year, the list is looking a bit different. Mirage and Inferno are still to be found at the top, however, Dust2 seems to have fallen in popularity over the years.
It’s also a much more even and balanced distribution compared to Matchmaking stats.
