Fnatic bring in f0rest as a stand-in for IEM Dallas
The 34-year-old Swede is currently a free agent.
Freddy "KRIMZ" Johansson will not travel with the rest of the Fnatic squad to Texas for the upcoming IEM Dallas, with the Swedish organization stating that he’s unable to attend the event due to “personal reasons and the limited time there is between events”
Fellow Swedish rifler and CS:GO legend Patrik “f0rest” Lindberg is the man to replace KRIMZ at the North American tournament, Fnatic has revealed.
This will be the second time that f0rest offers a helping hand to Fnatic, as the former Ninjas in Pyjamas star also stood in for the team at last year’s Pinnacle Cup Championships. Here f0rest replaced following the benching of Valentin “poizon” Vasilev.
f0rest and Fnatic are set to kick off their IEM Dallas campaign on Monday against MOUZ in Group A, which also consists of Heroic, G2, FURIA, OG, Nouns, and 9z.
