IEM Sydney, Thunderpick World Championship, and the CS Asia Championships have all been won in a convincing fashion with only one defeat in 16 matches. The impressive run has prompted FaZe to hire the Polish CS legend as a permanent coach.

Filip "NEO" Kubski was part of the "Golden Five" lineup that won multiple big events in CS:GO including the 2014 Major on home soil in Katowice. NEO ended his playing career at HONORIS in March 2023.
