China to host 2nd CS2 Major
Shanghai will be the destination for the second Major of 2024.
The announcement was made by the Chinese tournament organizer Perfect World during the final day of the CS Asia Championship.
The Major in China will be the second Major of the year, and the second Major in CS2. The first Major will take place in Copenhagen in March 2024.
The Major in Shanghai is set for December 2024. The final dates are not yet confirmed.
It is the first time in history, that a Major will take place in Asia. The Shanghai Major will be the 21st Major in history. You can see the previous 20 Majors down below.
