Bucharest, Monterrey, and Shanghai to host Copenhagen Major qualifiers
The three cities will serve as the battlegrounds for the qualifiers for the PGL Copenhagen Major next year.
In February and early March 2024, we will get to see the best teams in the world fighting for a spot in the first CS2 Major in history.
The tournament organizer PGL announced the three locations for the European, Asian, and American qualifiers. Bucharest, Shanghai, and Monterrey will host the Regional Major Rankings (RMR) tournament, which will decide who will qualify and in what category.
Group A and B in the European Qualifier will take place from February 14-22, while the Last Chance Qualifier will be played out February 23-24 in Bucharest, Romania.
The Asian RMR will take place in Shanghai from February 26 to 28.
Monterrey, Mexico will host the RMR Americas from March 1 to 4.
All of the qualifiers will be played without an audience.

The PGL Copenhagen Major will be the first CS2 Major in history. The event will take place from March 21-31. The final days of the tournament will be played in the Royal Arena in Copenhagen.
