There wasn’t any doubt which the team was the best when FURIA and Complexity met in the Quarter-Finals at DreamHack Masters Winter. The Brazilian side dominated the match from the very start and sealed the victory through two great showings on Mirage (16-8) and Nuke (16-6).

On Mirage, FURIA left no gap for Complexity to exploit. It was clear to see that, Andrei “arT” Piovezan had built the perfect defence for FURIA going into the map. The Brazilians displayed a nearly perfect CT-side by setting up strong holds on both sites and an additional monster half by yuurih, FURIA sealed the 12-3 half.

Yuurih and co. secured the 1-0 map lead in convincing fashion, by winning Complexity’s map pick 16-8.

The second map looked on paper like a potential thriller due to FURIA and Complexity being two of the best teams on Nuke in the last period of time. However, the Complexity side didn’t manage to show up at any point in time and the Brazilian Panthers could with ease cruise through Nuke 16-6 and seal the victory.
