BLAST Premier won’t follow Valve’s guidelines
The renowned TO has confirmed that they will contradict Valve's rules concering coach limitations
BLAST Premier has just that they will act contrary to Valve’s rulebook regarding CS:GO coaches and their involvement and present during RMR matches. The tournament organizer behind the upcoming BLAST Premier Spring Groups has publicised a statement, saying that the attending coaches are allowed to communicate and be present in the room during matches.
The announcement has seen the light owing to an official statement by Valve from the 27th of January, where the CS:GO creators stated that coaches won’t be allowed in the room with players during online matches.
“During online matches only players are allowed in the room and on the server. Valve received a lot of criticism from the community and notable coaches, who believe that they have been treated unfairly with the coaching limitations.
