Astralis, Heroic, and Vitality paired in dynamite group at BLAST Spring
The two Danish giants will be competing against each other in group A.
BLAST has announced the groups for the upcoming BLAST Premier Spring Groups 2023 event which starts Jan 19th. Many teams come into the tournament with rosters chances following the end of 2022. The 12 teams will be competing for a spot at BLAST Premier Spring Final 2023 and $177,500 in prize pool.
Group A will be featuring the two top teams from Denmark. 12 Danish players will be fighting against each other for separate teams. The mighty Astralis has recently completed their roster after signing Christian Møss "Buzz" Andersen, but is that enough to take down the ESL Pro League Season 15 champions in Vitality? With device coming back in shape and blameF playing lights out will this be the perfect tournament for Astralis to test their strength against the top elite. The world's number #1 Heroic will take on Evil Genuises in the opening match. Evil Geniuses recently demoted ceRq following his poor performance in 2022 which causes three new players to join the team for the upcoming BLAST Premier Spring Groups.

Group B will be featuring a North American clash between team Liquid and Complexity. The first-mentioned team has been playing well since the arrival of YEKINDAR. Liquid managed to secure a second place during the BLAST World Finals back in December 2022. FaZe will go into the tournament trying to repeat their success from the first six months of last year.

The BLAST World Final champions G2 will take on the German powerhouse BIG in the opening match of group C. Natus Vincere and Ninjas in Pyjamas will test out their new lineups following recent roster chances for both teams. Andrii "npl" Kukharskyi will be playing for Natus Vincere and Danyyl "headtr1ck" Valitov for the NIP side.
