We have decided to take a close look at the statistics and numbers on Ancient, here 444 days after it was inaugurated in the professional scene, where all the stats are from withing Top 30 on the world ranking.

It has been played 373 times in total (22 times at a Major event).

The distribution of CT/T-side round wins shows that Ancient has been heavily CT-sided – in fact being the most CT-sided map of all seven active maps over the last 14 months. That can be due to various reasons, with the difficulty of the two bomb sites looking as one of the possible arguments for just that.
