Vitality is the champion of ESL Pro League Season 21, securing the title with a dominant 3-0 sweep over MOUZ in today’s Grand Final.
During Sunday’s title decider, Dan “apEX” Madesclaire and his squad made light work of MOUZ, who struggled to match Vitality’s firepower and tactical depth.
The scoreboard reflects just how one-sided the series was, with MOUZ failing to reach double digits on Dust2, Nuke, and Inferno.
With this victory, Vitality take home $250,000 in prize winnings, marking their second consecutive trophy after their triumph at IEM Katowice last month.
ZywOo Shines Once Again
Despite a slow start on the first map, Mathieu “ZywOo” Herbaut once again proved to be Vitality’s key player, delivering yet another world-class performance.
The French superstar dominated the final two maps, posting a 1.62 rating on Nuke and 1.75 on Inferno, most likely securing his 22nd career MVP award of his career.
Worth highlighting is Vitality’s William “mezii” Merriman, who also played an extremely strong final.
