Niels ‘NaToSaphiX’ Sillassen, head coach of Falcons Force, the CS2 academy team for Team Falcons, has taken to social media to call out what he claims is repeated interference in his team’s ongoing trials.
In a post on Monday evening, the Danish coach publicly addressed agents and organizations allegedly spreading false information about his lineup, including claims that players have already been signed when, according to him, no final roster decisions have been made.
“If agents and orgs could please stop interfering in my trials, it would be amazing. Not the first time I am hearing that X player or a full roster is signed, even though no roster has been chosen and no player has been signed.”
“Keep it up and I’ll put you on blast”
NaToSaphiX said this type of misinformation has made it harder to conduct fair and focused trials. He later followed up with a stronger statement, warning that one specific individual continues to lie and attempt to “poach” players mid-process, despite being shown the original tweet.
“Keep it up and I’ll put you and your organisation on blast – this type of behavior has no home in CS.”
NaToSaphiX, a former pro AWPer with experience on teams like Heroic and Sprout, has turned his focus toward coaching and talent development. He started his coaching career at NIP Impact, which is the organization’s women’s team. Falcons Force is Team Falcons’ dedicated academy project, with a mission to build the next wave of CS2 talent.
