FaZe cruise to victory in a heated rematch, while Falcons failed to deliver.
FaZe 13 – 3 Heroic
FaZe and s1mple proved unstoppable in a team effort to defeat Heroic. FaZe had a 10-2 CT side start on Dust2 with strong performances from s1mple, frozen and EliGE.
Heroic fought back on their CT-side, powered by a pistol clutch from tN1R on the A-site, but frozen brought FaZe right back with a 1v3 clutch with the Desert Eagle on the same spot.
There was heated banter and trash talk going each way, but FaZe’s star power got the better of the young international team in the end, through frozen’s Deagle.
S1mple and frozen were the standouts, posting 2.00+ ratings.
Falcons 8 – 13 B8
B8 got off to a strong start on Ancient against the favorites, winning the force buy after losing the pistol round.
After that, the Eastern European upstarts ran circles around Falcons to take their T-side dominantly 9-3.
Falcons tried to come back on their T-side, getting the score to 8-10 through NiKo and TeSeS’s fragging, but ultimately fell.
The standouts for B8 were headtr1ck and alex666, top fragging with 19 kills each.
