1win and BC.Game bosses promise Rolls-Royces for a Major title

Two Major debutants now have a luxury car riding on Singapore, and neither has played a single Major map yet.

The owner of 1win has promised each of his CS2 players a Rolls-Royce if they win the PGL Major Singapore, and BC.Game’s chief executive answered within two hours by promising to match it for his own team.

The 1win owner, who posts on X as Owner 1win, made the offer on , in a post that opened with another car. Earlier that day, 1win had handed UFC fighter Petr Yan a Rolls-Royce Cullinan for defending his title.

Guys, if you win the Major, each of you gets a Rolls-Royce from me. I keep my word. Now it’s your move 🙂

At , Ali “Ako” Muhanned, who was named CEO of BC.Game on 27 October, replied without naming 1win. He wrote that “the other casino” was offering a Rolls-Royce each, and that he would match it and add “some nice jewelry + one wish each” for BC.Game’s players.

Neither post puts a model or a value on the cars. For comparison, the Major itself pays $1,250,000 in total and $500,000 to the winner.

The 1win owner has paid out before

The Rolls-Royce is the latest in a run of public rewards from the same account:

  • 6 October: a $100,000 bonus for the 2-0 win over Spirit at ESL Pro League Season 24 in Katowice. The win sent 1win to the playoffs, where Aurora knocked them out in the quarter-final.
  • 24 October: a Rolls-Royce Cullinan promised to Petr Yan after his UFC win. The car was handed over on 3 November.
  • 3 November: a Rolls-Royce for every 1win player if they win the Major.

BC.Game’s offer on top of that is a match of the car, jewellery and “one wish each”. Ako did not spell out what the wish could be.

Who 1win are

1win are an online casino and betting brand, and their CS2 team plays under the same name. In his post about the Spirit win, the owner said the company had changed its approach to esports three months earlier. The current lineup came together in August.

Vladislav “nafany” Gorshkov calls for the side, and ArtFr0st is on loan from BetBoom. Singapore will be the organisation’s first Major, as the owner himself pointed out. An earlier 1win lineup played the European RMR for IEM Rio in 2022 but did not get through to the Major.

This lineup has moved fast. 1win won GLuck Moscow Cyber Games on Sunday with a 2-0 win over HOTU in the final, and Valve’s 2 November standings have them 10th in Europe and 12th in the world with 1,598 points. That is enough to skip Stage 1 entirely.

Who BC.Game are

BC.Game are a crypto casino, and their CS2 team is the one built around s1mple and four-time Major winner Magisk, with Senzu, mzinho and asap alongside them and Wiktor “TaZ” Wojtas as coach.

They are also Major debutants, and they nearly did not get the chance. BC.Game moved to the Asian VRS when asap joined in September, Valve then blocked late region switches, and Valve made an exception for BC.Game a day later. They finished second in Asia with 1,337 points, but that is only 45th in the global standings, which decide the seeding.

Under Valve’s Major rules, round 1 of each Swiss stage pairs seed 1 against seed 9, 2 against 10 and so on. BC.Game’s road is the longest. As the 13th seed in Stage 1 on the 2 November standings, they would open against the fifth seed, Liquid, on 24 November. They need three wins before three losses just to reach Stage 2.

1win would be the fourth seed among the eight teams invited straight to Stage 2, which starts on 28 November. Their first opponent is the team that ends Stage 1 as the 12th seed in Stage 2, so it will not be known until Stage 1 is over.

To collect either car, a team has to get through two or three Swiss stages and then win three Bo3 or Bo5 series in the playoffs at the Singapore Indoor Stadium, where the grand final is on 13 December. See every team at the Major for the full field.
