ESL FACEIT Group has announced that the ESL Pro League Season 24 Finals will take place in Katowice’s legendary Spodek Arena from October 9 to 11, 2026. The event marks EPL’s long awaited return to a live arena setting, with the world’s best CS2 teams competing for a 1 million dollar prize pool and the prestigious trophy.
Running from September 24 to October 11, 2026, the season’s playoffs will bring top teams to a venue steeped in Counter-Strike history, solidifying Katowice’s status as one of esports’ most important cities.
Spodek to Host After All Despite IEM Katowice Move
It also means fans will see the Spodek in 2026 after all, following the recent decision to move IEM Katowice from Katowice to Krakow.

The return of the ESL Pro League to a format with a live audience and the choice of our city as the host of the finals is a sign of trust and recognition for our long-standing cooperation with ESL FACEIT Group. The city of Katowice strengthens its position as the Counter-Strike history will be written here once again with the best players and thousands of fans from around the world.”

The last ESL Pro League arena finals were held in 2019 in Odense, Denmark, with past live playoff destinations including Montpellier, Dallas and São Paulo.
