The BLAST Premier Fall Final 2022 took place to some upsets as the world’s number one Vitality lost to Astralis who is currently playing with a “stand-in”. Despite playing with a “Stand-in” Astralis did the reverse sweep to take down Vitality on their map pick as well as winning the decider. Another impressive upset took place in the Quarter-finals as phzy and co. took down BIG in a 2-1 fashion.
Despite the upset from Sangal, Heroic took them down 2-0 to make it to the Finals, where they were facing a known opponent Astralis.
The Danish darby is known for trash-talking and intense matches, but not this time, huge respect came out for both teams as they clashed together in the finals. Heroic was the better team in the end and took down their “older brother” 2-0.
Heroic win Danish Derby and qualifies for BLAST Fall Finals
