Falcons have punched their ticket to IEM Dallas 2025, going unbeaten in the closed qualifier yesterday.
The star-studded squad faced an early scare in their opening match against TNL (#147) but managed to survive the upset threat. From there, they found their rhythm, closing out the qualifier with a convincing 2-0 victory over BetBoom on Monday evening.
At the prestigious LAN event in Texas, Nikola “NiKo” Kovač and Falcons will be joined by GamerLegion, 3DMAX, and BC.Game, all of whom also secured their spots through the qualifier.
They now prepare to battle it out with CS elite, including Spirit, Vitality, G2, and NAVI, in what promises to be a stacked tournament lineup.
Top teams struggle
While the aforementioned teams soared through the upper bracket, the same can’t be said for Astralis, HEROIC, and BIG.
After suffering defeats yesterday, the high-profile trio now finds themselves in the lower bracket, fighting for their last chance at qualification. Joining them are Nemiga, Metizport, BetBoom, Zero Tenacity, and Hesta.
With eight teams remaining, only one will claim the final IEM Dallas spot.
