b1t and w0nderful ran the middle of BetBoom’s own Mirage pick as NAVI won 2-0 to finish on the IEM Beijing podium.
NAVI finished third at IEM Beijing 2026 after a 2-0 win over BetBoom Team on Sunday morning, 13-6 on Mirage and 13-9 on Ancient. It was their first meeting since BetBoom beat them 2-0 at PGL Masters Bucharest two weeks ago. Third place is worth $160,000; BetBoom take $120,000 for fourth.

A score to settle
NAVI made no secret of what the match meant to them. Before the first map the team wrote on X that there was “a chance to settle the score for Bucharest”, where BetBoom had beaten them 13-9 on Nuke and 13-10 on Dust2 on 26 October.
BetBoom’s own pick gave them the first chance. Mirage had been NAVI’s weakest map over the past three months, won in only four of their 12 attempts, and they lost it 14-16 in overtime to PARIVISION in Friday’s quarter-final. For BetBoom it was the opposite: their most played map and their best, 59% over 17 maps.
On Sunday that counted for nothing. BetBoom’s T side kept trying to take the middle of the map, and Valeriy “b1t” Vakhovskiy, iM and makazze kept pushing through connector to meet them first. NAVI led 9-3 at the half, won the second pistol for 10-3, and BetBoom coach Fierce called a timeout straight after the break. BetBoom found three rounds in a row after that, but NAVI went back to their A attacks and closed the map 13-6.
Ihor “w0nderful” Zhdanov finished Mirage 20-8 with 105.4 ADR and did something useful in every one of the 19 rounds (100% KAST). b1t was 19-9. On the other side, Kirill “Boombl4” Mikhailov went 5-19 and d1Ledez 6-17.
BetBoom wake up too late
NAVI picked Ancient, started on the T side and went 3-0 and 6-1 up, again taking the middle whenever they wanted it. Only then did BetBoom look like the side that beat FURIA in the quarter-final. Magnojez came out of the cave and into NAVI’s backline, zorte found picks with the AWP, and BetBoom won four of the last five rounds of the half to trail only 7-5.
d1Ledez then won BetBoom’s first pistol round of the series with a clutch, and Pavel “S1ren” Ogloblin, once again BetBoom’s best player, went 17-16 on the map. But BetBoom could not turn the pistol into a run, and NAVI’s CT side held. ESL clipped iM’s round at 10-8; he finished the series with 97.1 ADR, the highest on the server.
NAVI closed Ancient 13-9 with a 6-4 second half. b1t finished the series 37-19, the best K-D on the server, with w0nderful next at 38-22. b1t went 18-10 on Ancient alone.
w0nderful’s week
The AWPer was the story of NAVI’s tournament. Over their first six series in Beijing w0nderful went 302-194, the best K-D of anyone on the two teams, and he was the main reason NAVI got past Falcons twice and PARIVISION to reach the semi-final. Saturday’s 0-2 loss to The MongolZ was his quietest series of the week at 37-32. Against BetBoom he went straight back to his level.
For BetBoom, the weekend ends with two flat series in a row. They were swept 2-0 by MOUZ in Saturday’s semi-final, and Boombl4 (14-36) and d1Ledez (20-34) were again well below the level that took them past FURIA on Friday.
Points before Singapore
The podium is NAVI’s first at a big event since they won IEM Atlanta in May. It also counts in the VRS: HLTV’s VRS calculator had NAVI gaining 35 points with a win, enough to lift them from ninth to seventh, while BetBoom lose 18 points but stay fourth.
Both teams now head to PGL Major Singapore, NAVI in Stage 2 and BetBoom in Stage 3. In Beijing only the grand final is left: The MongolZ play MOUZ in a Bo5 at , and we follow it on our IEM Beijing 2026 page.
