Lars Robl has officially ended his working relationship with Falcons. The Danish sports psychologist and performance coach confirmed the finalization of his exit on social media today, closing a chapter that began in November 2023 when he joined the organization alongside head coach Danny “zonic” Sørensen.
Conclusion of the advisory period
The complete departure follows a previously announced transition phase. Due to disagreements regarding the organization’s future strategy and performance optimization, Robl and his firm, ROBL Performance, ceased direct operations with the active Falcons rosters at the end of 2025. Since then, he has served as a non-exclusive advisor to the Falcons management team. With the summer now here, this advisory agreement has reached its scheduled conclusion.
Track record across professional environments
Robl leaves behind a resume in professional Counter-Strike built on principles from elite military and Olympic structures. During his tenures with Astralis, Vitality, and Falcons, the respective organizations secured five Major trophies and two EWC Club Championships. In his recent public statement, Robl attributed these tournament results to a deliberate methodology and strict standards maintained under high pressure.
Future involvement in esports
While his time with Falcons is over, Robl confirmed his intention to remain active within the esports industry. He will continue his work with Olympic athletes while simultaneously evaluating the next steps for his performance company. The Danish coach expressed his readiness to build new performance structures for other professional organizations in the future.
