Heroic Sell tN1R as xfl0ud Nears Return

Heroic has announced that star rifler Andrey “tN1R” Tatarinovich has been bought out, though the organization has not yet revealed which team has secured his services. The 24-year-old joined Heroic in January 2025 and quickly became one of the team’s most consistent performers, averaging a 1.17 rating across his time with the squad. His final appearance for Heroic will be at the upcoming Esports World Cup.

The departure of tN1R comes during a turbulent stretch for Heroic, whose roster has undergone significant changes in recent weeks. Just five days ago, the team benched Gleb “gr1ks” Gazin after only 17 matches. In the wake of that move, Heroic turned to Spirit Academy to bring in Alimzhan “Alkaren” Bitimbai on loan.

Report: xfl0ud Set for Heroic Return

Adding to the drama, Counter-Strike insider Vladislav Gromov, better known as GromovCS on X, has reported that Turkish rifler xfl0ud will return to the Heroic lineup. The move is presumably to be a short-term solution to fill the gap left by tN1R’s sale. Heroic previously benched xfl0ud in June after just six months with the team, during which he averaged a solid 1.12 rating.

Despite his relatively brief stint, xfl0ud played a pivotal role in Heroic’s triumphs at the CCT Global Finals and MESA Nomadic Masters Spring earlier this year. With a star player departing, a familiar face returning, and uncertainty about what lies ahead, Heroic’s next few months promise to be anything but boring.
