FUT has confirmed a lineup change for the upcoming BLAST Rivals 2026 Season 1. Head coach Andras “Coolio” Fercsak will take the place of Laurentiu “lauNX” Tarlea, who is currently sidelined by medical reasons. The organization wished lauNX a quick recovery in their official public statement.
The team travels to Fort Worth following a highly successful period. FUT recently secured the championship title at PGL Bucharest 2026 and enters the Texas event carrying a six-match winning streak. The roster substitution arrives just before a difficult Group A opening series on April 29 against Vitality, the top-ranked team in the world. G2 and Astralis round out the rest of the group.
Difficult comeback for Coolio
This upcoming competition marks the first professional server appearance for Andras “Coolio” Fercsak since October 2025. His previous official match took place during a European qualifier, where his team was defeated by Mousquetaires, and he recorded a 0.78 rating.
